A clear summary of what the project form collects, why it is needed and how to request its removal.

Information collected

The project form collects the name, email address, project requirements, budget range, deadline, optional Discord username and links that you choose to provide.

How it is used

This information is used to review your enquiry, prepare a quote, reply to you and—if you decide to proceed—help organise the project.

Storage and access

Enquiries are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, checked securely on the server and stored using Supabase. They can only be viewed through the studio’s authenticated private dashboard. A summary may also be sent to the studio’s private Discord channel so new enquiries are not missed. Enquiries are not displayed publicly or sold.

Anonymous website analytics

The site records anonymous page views and interactions such as showreel plays, project-link clicks and completed forms. These records may include the page, broad device category and referring website. They do not contain form answers, names, email addresses, cookies or stored IP addresses.

Private Client Rooms and alerts

After an enquiry, this browser stores a random private token so the website can show when the studio opens a Client Room. The token does not contain your name, email or form answers, and stays on this device unless browser storage is cleared. If a project goes ahead, the room can be used for messages, updates, revision requests and approvals. A client who loses access can request a time-limited, one-use recovery link at the email address used for the enquiry; requesting recovery replaces the previous room link. Room messages are stored with the project in Supabase and new client messages may alert the studio through its private Discord channel. Clients can optionally connect Discord to receive private bot alerts when the studio replies or changes a project status. Temporary OAuth access tokens are discarded after connection. Anyone with the active room link can open that conversation, so the link should not be shared.

Retention and removal

Enquiry details and Client Room messages are kept only while reasonably needed to discuss, manage or document the project. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing the studio.

Links and sensitive information

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive personal information. Any external footage or reference link remains subject to the access settings chosen on its original service.
